Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Period:All Secondhand iPhones are covered by 100 days limited warranty from the date of purchase . For brand new phone covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date purchase . This warranty includes any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  2. Warranty Eligibility:The warranty is valid only with the original purchase receipt. iPhones that have been modified, damaged, or used contrary to the user manual are not eligible for warranty claims.
  3. Warranty Claim Process:To make a warranty claim, please contact iKlinic Customer Support with the following information:•Order number or serial number of the iPhone•Date of purchase•Description of the defect•Photos or videos showing the defect, if available
  4. Repairs and Replacements:If the iPhone is found to be defective within the warranty period, iKlinic will either repair or replace the device at no additional cost. The choice between repair or replacement is at iKlinic discretion.
  5. Warranty Limitations:This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
  6. Shipping:The cost of shipping the iPhone to an iKlinic Repair Center is the customer’s responsibility. iKlinic will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced device back to the customer.
